"Joy was absolutely wonderful to work with, the whole office was. So quick to transfer my insurance from Wisconsin to Michigan, I think it was only about 20 minutes. She saved me money with discounts, even got my renters insurance. All of the original coverages and additional coverages for less than what I was paying for just my auto coverage in Wisconsin. I’ve been a customer of State Farm most of my adult life, great insurance company and easy to work with."

"Angel is very intelligent and can help you even when another insurance office is incompetent to perform the duty that need to be done. She was able to do what needed to be done when my local office couldn't figure out how to do it, where to do it, because they were two cents short of a dollar. My experience with the agents at the Taylor Michigan office, myself and my brother both say they are incompetent. They don't answer their phone, they don't return the calls properly and they can't figure out what to do to meet your insurance needs. Thank you Angel for solving my insurance issues many hundreds of miles away from my local office. I enjoy speaking with you and I feel you are a very intelligent person.
